Request deletion of your Verity account
Verity uses an authenticated, explicit request instead of an unsecured email form. The request is recorded first; server-side deletion is processed separately and is not represented as immediate.
- Authentication
- Recent sign-in required
- Confirmation
- Exact account email
- Receipt
- Durable request ID
1) Start an authenticated request
Sign in to Verity, open Settings, choose Workspace, then select Request account deletion.
- The request is tied to the signed-in account; the client does not accept an arbitrary user ID.
- You must confirm the exact email address on the account.
- If your session is no longer recent, Verity asks you to sign in again before the request can be accepted.
2) Receive a server acknowledgement
Verity clears the local session only after the server returns a durable request identifier and an accepted request state.
- A received request is not described as completed deletion.
- If the server cannot confirm the request, the client keeps the session and local settings intact so the failure is visible and retryable.
- The request is designed to cover the account and user-owned product data, subject to the published retention policy and documented legal or security obligations.
3) Processing and support
Server-side processing must complete across the systems that hold account-owned data before Verity can report that deletion is complete.
- The request receipt records when the process started and provides a non-sensitive identifier for support and audit follow-up.
- Any retained record must have a documented legal or security basis and remain separated from active product data.
- If you cannot sign in, use the contact page for account-access support; support does not bypass identity verification.
Ready to submit the request?
Sign in, then use Settings → Workspace → Request account deletion. You can leave without submitting at any point before the final confirmation.
